Job Responsibilities

• Assess machinery values based on factors such as market trends, condition, and specifications
• Perform market research
• Conduct on-site inspections of machinery to assess their condition and gather relevant information
• Document and photograph machinery to support the appraisal process
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive and accurate appraisal reports

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of machinery and equipment a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Effective written and communication skills
• Proficiency in using appraisal software and tools
